Extended warranties
With the extension of the extra warranty, we will replace the AquaStation (and every accessory you have purchased), even in case of electric shock (not included in the standard warranties). The extension allows a maximum of one complete substitution per year and does not cover tampering. The case must show intact and unopened. The product, if not explicitly stated (in the case of immersion probes), must not come in contact with liquids.
Each new product includes 12 months (for companies) and 24 months (for individuals) standard warranty, extendable at any time and without automatic renewal. By signing a period of extension beyond the warranty period and at the moment of purchase, you will benefit of the "extra" warranty insurance even in the initial period (1 or 2 years).
